Delivered fully crushed:: top and two sides. Doesn't seem necessary to do that.I reformed it somewhat, and found that it is very small. I have a 7 3/8 hat size, and it sits right on top of my head.I tried my hat stretcher, but this fellow is paper felt, so couldn't take it far enough.It was worth a shot, but I will know better next time. What reviews I saw painted a very different picture.Caveat EmptorHat is fine, but it was listed as a "12-Pack" I of course made the assumption that I would get 12 hats, not 1/12 of a 12 pack. I was VERY disappointed at the misleading advertising....it's a cute little hat , but it says 12 to the pack, there is only 1 ... one ... per packOpen the box, suppose to been 12 hats got 1, I needed 12 very dissapointed 1 hat for 12 children, the girls had hats my boys didnt.Only received 1 Green Derby. Was supposed to be 12. Where are the other 11 ???It was advertised as 12 pieces per pack, there was only 1 hat in the box.Said it was a 12 piece and only one hat cameSaid 12 count but only 1 hat arrived!
